Appointment Cancellation Policy

By submitting a deposit to Big Island Tattoo, I agree to the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.

If I need to cancel a Wed,Thurs,Fri or Sat appointment I must do so at least 48 hours in advance or I forfeit my deposit.

Tues appointments must be cancelled by Noon the Sat before or I forfeit my deposit.

If I am more than 15 minutes late for my appointment, I forfeit my deposit and may lose my appointment time.

I understand that if a refund is due, I will be refunded all but $5 per $100 to cover any fees incured by Big Island Tattoo.

Artwork Deposit

I understand that once artwork is started by Big Island Tattoo the deposit is non-refundable for any reason. I understand that if this deposit is not used for this tattoo within 1 year of the deposit date I forfeit my deposit as payment to the artist for services rendered.
